Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase you must first contact sales@stkildapublications.com or telephone +44(0)1413320407 asking for Customer Support to obtain a return number authority.

Books must be returned in the original box which was designed for the purpose of shipping this book securely or in a stout box with padding to avoid movement which will damage the book and invalidate the return.

We will only accept the return of books in pristine condition and within 30 days.

All returns must be accompanied by the return number and a note of the returnees full name and address and date and means of purchase.

In the UK books should be returned by 2nd class signed for Royal Mail service and the cost will be refunded.

International Returns
Because of the weight of the book, which is almost 2kgs, we have made arrangements in US, Australia and certain EU countries, if a return is requested, for the books to be sent to partner companies thereby reducing costs.
